Once a month USDA order is picked up it’s a challenging task. The logistics of picking up over 18,000 lbs of food can be very tedious and challenging. I must say it is very rewarding to know that we can feed over 2000 people with this haul however sometimes the logistics can get the best of the task. Who’s crying over spilled milk
