Today was very positive, interesting and productive… I started out at 7:30 a.m. and everybody knows I don’t wake up there early 
getting ready to do my first American heart association walk I did do 2 miles I’m not going to disclose how long it took however it was done. Afterwards I joined Show Me Peace with Tavon Brooks on St Louis avenue and Sarah giving out emergency food bags with my niece Shirley Moore and meeting with the neighbors. Then I went to the St Louis dance theater It was interesting. Afterwards we went back on St Louis avenue and Sarah visited with more neighbors and told them about many resources that will be implemented in June. Now the evening will be winding down either listening to music or looking at a movie or the movie looking at me we shall see.
